Andrew Fadi Gaur

Founder & CEO

Andrew Fadi Gaur has spent more than two decades working in London’s property market, acquiring, developing, selling and managing some of the capital’s most desirable homes. His early experience in prime residential sales gave him a deep understanding of what truly makes a property exceptional, insight he now brings to every project undertaken by Maybria London.

Andrew is known for his hands-on approach and close involvement in every stage of a project, from identifying opportunity through to the finer details that ultimately define a successful result. Clients value his ability to combine commercial awareness with a strong instinct for design, while navigating the complexities of development with clarity and discretion.

Away from work, Andrew enjoys travel, fitness and architecture, though he admits it’s almost impossible for him to walk into a property without mentally planning how he’d improve it.
