The Maybria Property Acquisitions team work closely with the highly experienced property professionals within Maybria Group’s sales departments. However, to avoid any conflict of interest, the acquisitions department will waive their fee if Maybria are instructed on the property by the vendor and will be receiving a fee from the transaction. This ensures that our department works wholly on behalf of the acquisitions client.
We use our expertise to find you the home you want, so you will only be viewing a personal hand-picked selected amount of homes that strictly match your requirements. Our Property Finder service also includes access to properties before they reach the open market.
We know what properties are really worth and you will be given this edge in negotiations with estate agents. Years of experience of buying prime London properties for our clients enables our buyer agents to evaluate the right offers to place, substantiate them to the estate agent and negotiate the lowest price possible for you.
Once an offer has been accepted we will not stop there, we will oversee the rest of the transaction process to ensure it runs smoothly until completion, reducing any risks of the purchase falling through. We will deal directly with the estate agent or owners and arrange and coordinate all third party services on your behalf including solicitors, surveyors, mortgage lenders and so on. Throughout the whole process we keep in regular contact and supply you with regular reports and updates.
